Reactivating and Upgrading Your Account
Welcome back to Binaries.net! Once again, we look forward to providing you with outstanding Usenet service. This page contains information on renewing, reactivating, and upgrading your account.
Account Renewal
Reactivating your account is easy and can be done in two ways. Option one is simpler, but requires you to create a new username and password. Option two allows you to keep your old username and password.
Option 1: Simply go to the sign up page and choose a new username, password, and go through the payment process. Viola! You have created your new account.
Option 2: Create a new account (refer to option one). Then, using our support form, request the activation of your old username and password. We will then deactivate your new account and reactivate your former account.
Account Expiration
- Credit card and online check accounts do not have an expiration date. They automatically renew every 30 days from your initial sign-up date.
- Money order accounts expire every 3 or 6 months, depending on which payment plan you choose. To ensure uninterrupted service, please make sure we receive your next payment before your account is set to expire.
- You can find your automatic account expiration/renewal date in the Member's Area.
Account Upgrades
Existing Binaries.net members have two options for upgrading their current accounts:
Option 1: To upgrade to a bigger download plan immediately, you must cancel your account and re-sign up using a different username.
Option 2: To keep your existing username, you must cancel your existing subscription, wait for your account expiration date (you may find this in the Member's Area), and then re-sign up for a new account on this website, selecting your old username during the subscription process.
